Growing Images Mac-Style
This is kind of cool just because it's fun to play with. I'm not sure it has too many real-world applications. If you don't put the images in a contained area that has the max image size allotted for already, content jumps all over the place. It also only works well with one small row of images - two rows gets all kinds of awkard. I guess you could take the images out of the normal flow by absolutely positioning them, but that opens up a whole new set of problems.
